Any ideas or suggestions can be e-mailed to Myself Elaine</FONT> <A HREF="mailto:elaine@ancoats.net" TARGET="_top" TITLE="mailto:elaine@ancoats.net"><U>elaine@ancoats.net</U></A> </div> <bR> <div> Tom Bloxham Chairman of Urban Splash is equally has excited by the opportunity that the Cardroom Estate offers in the regeneration of the area and making it once again a place to be proud to live, work and be part of a community.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Steering Group Elected</b></div> <div> At the end of March 2001 a democratic election was held by post of the existing tenants to choose 6 residents to represent all other tenants of the Cardroom Estate, the reason for the steering group is to be one partner alongside Urban Splash and other parties involved. Six members of the Steering Group have now been elected and all other residents have now been informed of their presence.
